Some Lead Giants products may be offered directly by Lead Giants LLC, while others may operate under separate product names, websites, apps, or brands.

  • Use our services in a way that violates app store policies, third-party platform rules, or applicable law

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access may create risk for users, Lead Giants, our partners, or the public.

5. User Content

Some services may allow you to submit, upload, create, store, or share content, including text, images, files, feedback, comments, messages, requests, or other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to our services, you grant Lead Giants LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and use your User Content only as needed to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve our services.

You are responsible for your User Content and for making sure you have the rights necessary to submit it.

You agree not to submit User Content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
  • Contains harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, or exploitative material
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Contains private information about others without permission
  • Misleads, impersonates, deceives, or misrepresents identity or affiliation

We may remove or restrict User Content if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, platform policies, or the rights or safety of others.

6. Feedback and Suggestions

If you send us ideas, suggestions, feature requests, improvements, or other feedback, you agree that we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

You are not required to send us feedback, but if you do, you grant Lead Giants LLC permission to use it to improve our products, services, and business.

7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Purchases

Some Lead Giants products or services may include paid features, subscriptions, one-time purchases, free trials, or premium access.

Prices, features, and billing terms may vary by product, platform, region, promotion, or subscription plan.

If you purchase through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another third-party platform, your payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rights may be handled by that platform and may also be subject to that platform’s terms and policies.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through the applicable platform, app store, or account settings.

We may change pricing, features, or subscription plans from time to time. If required, we will provide notice before material changes take effect.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on where and how you purchased the product or service.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests are generally handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies.

For purchases made directly through Lead Giants LLC, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis unless a separate written agreement, product page, or purchase policy states otherwise.

9. App Store Terms

If you download one of our apps from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another app marketplace, you also agree to follow the applicable app store’s terms, rules, and policies.

The app store provider is not responsible for providing support, maintenance, warranties, claims, or liability related to our apps, except where required by that provider’s own terms or applicable law.

Lead Giants LLC is responsible for our apps and services, subject to these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our services may connect to, rely on, or integrate with third-party services, platforms, APIs, software, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, authentication services, app stores, or other external services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, security, accuracy, content, terms, or privacy practices.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or remove parts of our services at any time.

We may add or remove features, change how services work, limit access, or stop supporting certain products, platforms, integrations, or devices.

We will try to keep our services reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Intellectual Property

Lead Giants LLC and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in our websites, apps, software, designs, logos, trademarks, technology, content, branding, documentation, and related materials, except for User Content owned by users or third-party content owned by others.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our services unless we give you written permission or unless allowed by applicable law.

The names “Lead Giants,” associated logos, product names, designs, and brand elements may not be used without permission.

13. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe that content available through our services infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us with enough information for us to review the issue.

  • Your name and contact information
  • A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property
  • A description or location of the allegedly infringing content

  • A statement that the information you provided is accurate

15. Account Deletion

If a Lead Giants product or service allows account creation, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

To request account deletion, contact us at privacy@leadgiants.com and include the email address associated with your account and the product or service your request relates to.

Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons.

16. Product-Specific Terms

Some Lead Giants products or services may have additional terms, notices, rules, or policies. If product-specific terms apply, they will supplement these Terms for that specific product or service.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and product-specific terms, the product-specific terms will apply to that product or service.

17. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our services if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use creates risk or potential harm to users, Lead Giants, third parties, or our systems
  • We are required to do so by law, platform policy, or third-party provider requirements
  • We discontinue a service or product

After termination, some provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including intellectual property rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

18. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Giants LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or suitable for your needs.

Information, content, software features, service results, and other outputs provided through our services may contain errors or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing information and using your own judgment before relying on it.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Giants LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business, service interruption, device issues, or loss of goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid to Lead Giants LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lead Giants LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • Your misuse of our websites, apps, software, products, or services

21. No Professional Advice

Lead Giants services may provide information, suggestions, summaries, tools, software features, or other assistance. This information is for general use only and should not be treated as professional advice.

You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions involving legal, medical, financial, tax, safety, emergency, or other high-risk matters.

22. High-Risk and Emergency Use

Our services are not designed or intended for emergency response, life support, critical infrastructure, medical diagnosis, legal decisions, financial trading, or other high-risk uses where errors could cause serious harm.

Do not rely on our services for emergency situations. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through our website, app, email, or other reasonable method.

Your continued use of our services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
