Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads lists.
- Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit for our services.
- Schedule Appointments: Set up appointments between the prospect and the business owner or sales representatives.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to confirm appointments and ensure attendance.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of calls, appointments, and interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
