- Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, booking requests, and messages through Airbnb and other vacation rental platforms.
- Booking Management: Coordinate bookings, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Listing Optimization: Create and update property listings with accurate descriptions, high-quality photos, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and update the booking calendar to prevent double bookings and ensure availability accuracy.
- Review Management: Monitor and respond to guest reviews, addressing any concerns and maintaining a positive online reputation.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Schedule and manage cleaning services between guest stays, ensuring properties are well-maintained.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest issues and complaints promptly, finding effective solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain records of bookings, revenue, expenses, and other relevant data, providing regular reports to property owners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly with vacation rentals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with Airbnb and other vacation rental platforms.
- Proficiency in using property management software and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
