  • CRM Management: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems with detailed notes and status updates.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings and appointments for the sales team with potential clients.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve services and customer satisfaction.
  • Report Generation: Create and provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and support metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role with a focus on sales and customer support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident in making sales calls and closing deals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and customer support tools.
