I wanted to express my interest in the Customer service representative position. I have a strong background in inbound and outbound calls which I believe aligns well with the requirements of the Customer service representative role. I have been in the bpo industry for over 4 years as a customer service representative and a freelance VA for 4 years with different companies in the US.
